Cory Fox, RYT200
Cory's personal journey in Yoga started over four years ago. He came to Yoga in search of a way to recover from a grievous cervical spine injury. Discovering that Yoga not only helped with his physical pain, but also with stress and giving him a personal sense of fulfillment. Seeking to share this experience with others, he completed his YTT-200hr Yoga Alliance certification. Cory has a background in Health Sciences, Personal training and comes from a sports oriented environment that included being Captain of his school wrestling team. Cory would like to erase the Stigmas and barriers that may prevent those who really need Yoga. Being a Skilled Labourer, Cory is aware of the wear and tear the trades can have on the body. He believes that trades people, Truck Drivers, Heavy Machine Operators and Labourers have much to gain from the HEALING that Yoga can offer. |
