Has over 30 years of martial arts experience and has had a personal practice of yoga for over 20 years. Tad believes that Martial Arts and Yoga are both are vehicles of Self realization. Though the practices are different, the teachings and lessons intersect in many ways. As Tad continues his own personal development he takes great joy in helping others help themselves.
